Hideous. Vinyl construction? They couldn't even get the windows to line up with the ones below?
Would be nice to see it torn down and have an actual architect with some modicum of skill design something better, and have it built by someone who isn't aiming for the cheapest materials possible in order to squeeze every last drop of house-flipping profit out of it.

Is that vinyl? it looks like plywood without a plastered surface to me.
