Scott: Can you please clarify whose CBA version this is: the one put forward by the MAG with the input from BCA and SCA? Or the ANC5E CBA put forward by Commissioner Barnes without any input from either of the associations (or anybody in either community that I'm aware of).
Todd: I have created a fresh post here at the blog with the Bloomingdale Civic Association McMillan Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) resolution. Go here: http://bloomingdaleneighborhood.blogspot.com/2014/04/here-is-bloomingdale-civic-assn.html
Todd,
Scott has posted, at the behest of the BCA Executive Board, a request that people show support for the community benefit requests voted on and submitted by the BCA. This is neither the MAG CBA or the eventual ANC 5E CBA (which was postponed).
You are correct that the BCA resolution informed the MAG CBA, but it is its own, separate document. Even if the zoning commission were to dismiss the CBA put forth by the MAG, it would be helpful to encourage them to support the specific items put forth by Bloomingdale.
