Chita Rivera house at 2134 Flagler Place NW renovations now completed -- see these pics

The renovations at the Chita Rivera house at Flagler and W Street NW appear to have been completed.

Note the new construction bump out the rear of the existing house.

                     
Because the houses on the west side of the 2100 block of Flagler Place NW are not at 60% lot occupancy permitted under R-4, don't be surprised to see more rear bump outs.
