Boogaloo Into Spring!
Bloomingdale resident Dave Berger brings his Soul/Jazz/Funk band, Backbeat Underground, back to Tropicalia for a party to send off founding member, drummer Tim Ward who will be moving to Georgia to marry the love of his life. Tropicalia, the best music venue of its size in DC has a loungie feel, great stage and sound and a friendly, accommodating staff, ... aaaand it's just around the corner at 14th and U, under the Subway Sandwich Shop.
