Subject: [MPD-5D] Carjacking - 400 Block Richardson Place NW
The Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating a carjacking that occurred in the 400 Block of Richardson Place, NW, at approximately 6:20pm. Two suspects attempted to take a scooter from the victim. Lookout is for two black males approximately 17 years old. Suspect one is tall and thin, wearing a mask over half his face. Suspect two is heavyset with a round face, possibly wearing a red shirt.
