THE COUNCIL HEARING IS ONLY TWO WEEKS AWAY
Two weeks…14 days…336 hours…that’s it! In just that short period of time, we will start the final piece of the approval process for the McMillan Sand Filtration site redevelopment project. On Wednesday, November 12th, 10am at the Wilson Building, (1350 Pennsylvania Ave NW) District Council will have a Joint Committee Hearing on Surplus and Disposition of McMillan. Council approval is the last piece of the puzzle. It is essential that we show Council how strong the support is for a new McMillan Park. We need you there with us standing by our side in attendance or testifying in support. Your three minutes of testimony in support can help move this project forward after almost thirty years!
