Learn about DC’s Historic Homeowner Grant Program and the Bloomingdale Design Guidelines
In 2018, the Bloomingdale Historic district was established. Now, eligible homeowners living in the Historic District can participate in the Homeowner Grant Program, which offers non-taxable grants up to $25,000 to help pay for certain repairs and improvements to historic homes.
