Mortgage interest rates have been steadily rising but this past week they dipped back under 5%. As the economy improves, it is expected that the cost of borrowing mortgage money will rise again, so if you've been sitting on the fence about buying, maybe it's a good time to start checking out open houses. What is up with 20 Q Street? Seems like it's about $500,000 overpriced!
On the other hand, the property in the 1500 block of New Jersey Ave is gorgeous.
And for those who do not know what the list price is for 20 Q Street NW, it is $865,000.
Thanks for sharing such a great Blog. Proving your identity could have an added challenge whenever you are not physically present in the country in which you need to prove your identity.
