105 R ST NE (just went on the market Thursday) has an open house as well. However, the house already went under contract today.
There's an amazing house for sale at 20-something 1st street. I can't remember the exact address, and it's not on the list of this post.
The asking is $849 (I think), which doesn't seem unreasonable, particularly since it has a 2 bedroom rental in the basement.
Even if you're not in the market, you should take a look inside and at the rooftop deck. Wow.
