Yup, it DOES look like the "areas considered for height increase" would include Bloomingdale, LeDroit Park, U Street, Eckington and NoMa.

This is the link to see all of the models. The above board is Approach 3B. I asked about LeDroit Park - seems like it would be excluded as an Historic District. They presented another map that shows excluded areas, but they don't seem to have layered all of the maps.

Thanks for clarifying that the map that you tweeted is not the one (and only) proposed model -- other models do exist.
