parking survey for the 100 block of Bryant Street NW

To the Residents of the 100 Block of Bryant St NW

For some time now many of us have found it challenging to find parking on the block. Many also dread rising very early on Tuesdays to move cars to the other side of the block by 7:00 am from March through October. Therefore John Salatti, a Bloomingdale resident and former ANC commissioner, approached the DC Department of Transportation (DDOT), the agency responsible for parking regulations, to explore what could be done. As a result a short survey was prepared listing the various options outlined by DDOT and copies are being left at each house on the block. All the instructions about where to return the surveys and how the data will be used are included on the survey itself.

If you live in 148 or higher on the block you should have already found your survey (each residence received 2 copies) tucked into your door on Sunday evening October 13. If you live at 146 or lower you will receive your survey at some point on Monday October 14.

If  for some reason you do not receive a survey and you would like a copy write Laurine Thomas at soeurlt@aol.com and she will email it to you.
