from Holland and Knight: ZC 13-14 McMillan submission 02.18.2014

Note that the McMillan Planned Unit Development (PUD) document was supplied in the form of a zip file.

I have not attached it here. I am hoping that the McMillan Advisory Group or some other group can post it somewhere so that it can be referenced.

At least now you know it is available.

Scott,

Considering I'm not on Dianne's distribution list for some reason, I can't see the zip file. However, I believe that the attachments are the same thing that I sent you last week. If that's the case, I have already plugged these documents onto the MAG website and also provided you with a link to those documents.

Can you please look at the two and confirm? The MAG link was: http://mcmillanadvisorygroup.wordpress.com/mcmillan-development-plans/filed-pud-application/ (see the prehearing statement section). I check the zoning commission filings daily so hopefully I'm up to date on all that has been filed.

This should be a consolidated PDF with all of the documents rather than each as a separate PDF.
