Mayor Muriel Bowser will reveal on Monday the first major slate of development solicitations to be released by her administration, to include the final piece of Waterfront Station and parcels in Truxton Circle, Anacostia and Shaw.
Throughout the spring, the District also will release RFPs for a 9,653-square-foot lot bounded by Second Street, H Street and New Jersey Avenue Northwest (a block from the Wal-Mart-anchored 77H project, a 4,982-square-foot parcel at 1520-1522 North Capitol St. NW in Truxton Circle, the 5,400-square-foot 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. SE in historic Anacostia ( again), and Parcel 42 in Shaw.
