‘Growlettes’ From D.C.’s First Cidery Will Be Available This Friday

D.C.'s first cider producer, ANXO, won't have its Truxton Circle operation up and running until early next year. In the meantime, the team has been collaborating with Monkton, Md.-based Millstone Cellars to produce a cider called Collaboration #1. The cider has made appearances at a couple pop-ups, but people can take some home for this first time this week. A limited supply of "growlettes"—32-ounce growlers—will be available for $26 on Friday beginning at 5:30 p.m. at d'Vines in Columbia Heights.
