revisiting the stale #OneFlorida trial balloon project for the Joe Mamo lot at the northwest corner of Florida Avenue NW and North Capitol Street NW

Recall this 04-07-2016 Washington Business Journal article regarding this proposal for the long-vacant Joe Mamo lot of the northwest corner of Florida and North Capitol Street NW -- the location of a former Exxon gas station?

The project from J Street Companies was called #OneFlorida.
