A neighbor stopped me today and asked me to post a message about his car being broken into on the 100 block of T St NW just outside of City Cleaners on Wednesday, 02-21-2018.
The car was parked between 6 pm and 7 pm and was broken into during that hour.
A camouflage green backpack was stolen.
Anyone happen to spot the stolen backpack?
