Bloomingdale has two Vacant-to-Vibrant sites that have been auctioned off to Howard University: 160 Adams Street NW and 36 Channing Street NW.
These properties come with covenants: the properties must be developed as workforce housing.
The two properties were auctioned off to Howard University. HU has not indicated its plans for the two Bloomingdale properties.
