The envelope included three pages -- two two-sided pages and a third page of the map of the proposed Bloomingdale Historic District.
A neighbor kindly allowed me to take pics of the five pages, which I am sharing below.
I will try to scan them tomorrow for more readable text.
It appears that this letter has been sent to property owners of record.
The letter advises that the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) hearing is slated for Thursday, July 26, 2018.
It also indicates that a second letter will be sent out "with more detailed information about the proposal and how it may affect you."
