Hey Neighbors -- our compost bin was stolen from in front of
our house again. This time, it was around 5:30am last Wednesday. It's really
bizarre, as this woman seems to roll up in her SUV pretty purposefully, put the
bin in her car, and drive away. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone
recognize this person or her car?
