Good morning! If you live in , you should really see this letter to from the BCA.
"From its inception, the McMillan dev process has been characterized...by lack of transparency in pursuit of profit." - BCA
"...regardless of comm input to the contrary, ‘insider’ p'ships, disregard/marginalization of legit comm interests.." - BCA
"[VMP] failed to create strengthened relations...but have created...fractures in the communities abutting McMillan.." - BCA
"Bloomingdale Civic Assn was provided no opportunity to engage in direct negotiations of the CBA with VMP."

I Will submit a letter opposing the Bloomingdale Civic Association, in my experience they have done nothing but to obstruct community development.

Peter,

I would encourage you to come out to the meetings and participate in any such votes. Discussion on both sides of any issue is always beneficial.

Just so that I'm aware, could you offer some specific circumstances in which the BCA has impeded/obstructed community development? Any suggestions are always welcome as well.
