Good morning, 

Fifth District Detectives are investigating a robbery with a knife that occurred in the 100 block of Randolph Street, NW at approximately 1:35am on the morning of September 29th. The suspect, described as a black male in his late teens wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, was the passenger in a taxi when he produced a knife and demanded money from the driver. The driver complied, and the suspect fled the 100 block of Randolph Street, NW on foot.
