BBQ in the park

Dear Friends of Crispus Attucks Park,

This Saturday, please join us for a BBQ in the park to help us finish consuming all the leftover food and drink from last week's yard sale. And, er, don't dress too nicely, because we'd like you to get a little dirty while you're here! It's another Park Work Day, and we welcome any help you can give, no matter how little or how much. Possible projects this weekend include:

Weeding the Memory Garden and other planting beds
Continuing to install the wooden timber border along the edge of the park
Installing the low fencing and signage to demarcate the dog-friendly and dog-free zones
Planting groundcover in new beds

We plan on starting at 10am, and we'll have the burgers and dogs ready by around 12:30 pm or so. Hope to see many of you there!
