We live on the unit block of R Street NW and we've experienced many Comcast outages in the past few months. Has anyone else had the same experience? We only have high-speed internet, not cable. Are there any other high-speed internet providers in B'dale? Comcast customer service isn't great. Thanks for the input.

I have Comcast and it sucks. (I live on Quincy.) There are no other alternatives in this neighborhood -- until that free neighborhood wireless network is set up, anyway. When I have a lot of outages, I call them and make them credit me some money back. I work from home and it's not acceptable to be kicked off my VPN every 20 minutes. I hate Comcast. Sorry I don't have better news.
