Shiv,

Tania and I attended the MAG meeting last night to share the evolution of the Masterplan and Building concepts.

Two things came up that warrant sharing with you specifically.

1.      Senior Housing - Now that there is a place for the Senior Housing, members are eager for us to identify the funds necessary to ensure the affordability of these units. To that ends, I think a few would like to support that effort. Other than expressing their desire to Council, is there any way the MAG members can further that effort?

2.      Park Size – the renderings I shared depicted the vastness of the central park. Members would like to ``double-check`` that via a brief, limited site visit. I said I would ask you again to consider a way to allow the MAG members or perhaps a subset, to have a limited site visit.

Thanks for the consideration.

Best,

Anne

PS Congrats to newly elected Chair Dianne Barnes & Vice-Chair Chris Leptak
