See this message from a resident of 4th Street NW:
I do not know if this happened anywhere else in the neighborhood, but sometime before morning on Saturday, December 7... a rock was thrown through my third floor window.... It baffles me that someone did this... I live in the 1700 Block of 4th Street, N. W.
