tonight: meeting of the McMillan Advisory Group (MAG)

   Just want to remind everyone that the next MAG meeting will be held in one week, Thursday, December 12th, at All Nations Baptist Church (northeast corner of N Capitol and Rhode Island) at 7:00 PM. I will send out an agenda as it is finalized. Preliminary agenda items include an update from each of the seven MAG committees, discussion of activity on the McMillan site, and discussion of the MAG bylaws.

   If anyone would like to see an item on the agenda that is not covered by one of the three topic areas above, please contact me at mathew.bader@gmail.com and I can suggest it for inclusion. Please keep in mind that discussion of the MAG committees will cover a lot of general McMillan topics such as senior and affordable housing, traffic, and development of the community center.

   I will also be soliciting feedback on the draft MAG website:  
mcmillanadvisorygroup.wordpress.com. If anyone from the community has a suggestion for the site or would care to assist as part of the MAG Communications Committee, please send those suggestions or requests to me as well at mathew.bader@gmail.com.
