I had a terrible experience with Priddy personally. They went well over the estimated completion date (several months), were unreliable, and did a shoddy job in some of the smaller aspects of the work. For example, they caulked around the new chimney they built with an adhesive that shouldn't have been used. It resulted in a bunch of rain seeping into my house when the caulk broke away from the brick.
I've heard some good things from others who used them so perhaps it was an unusual experience.
Here is a comment from a W Street NW household: I would recommend my roofer, Adam Falcona, who did some work for my roof and was professional, knowledgeable, and fair in his prices. His e-mail address is FALCONA32@msn.com.

We just went with Certified Inc. They did a great job. Obviously, get multiple quotes before you decide. http://www.certifiedinc.com/
Priddy Clean does roofing. And they took care of my chimneys, too. Great prices.

Don't use Priddy, I had a chimney liner done by them and had to get my money back it was so bad.
