I'm fairly certain this house also did the demo work under the radar and in advance of a permit (had blinds drawn, doors and windows closed, no permits in the window, no dumpster despite gutting the place). Definitely a construction project to keep an eye on. Wasn't this project initially just supposed to have a roof deck off the rear on the third floor?
