I have only included a few paragraphs from the Washington Business Journal item, since it is paid firewall subscriber content.

Great to see two Bloomingdale residents receive the Washington Business Journal 2015 Minority Business Leader Awards.

Congrats to both Danielle Conley and Buwa Binitie!

Danielle Conley didn't grow up dreaming of being a lawyer. It wasn't until her senior year of college that she discovered a general interest in constitutional and civil rights law.

That spark of interest brought her to D.C. to study at Howard University School of Law. Since graduation, Conley has made her mark on the local legal community as part of WilmerHale's litigation practice — making partner at just 34. Her client list includes major corporations, educational institutions and nonprofits she's represented in civil litigation and government investigations. Her current work includes representing universities in how they handle reports of sexual misconduct and assault on campus.
