So...if Bloomingdale becomes a designated Historic District in the District of Columbia, then any DCRA permits that do not get signed off at the HPO desk at DCRA -- which is 95% of the permits in designated Historic Districts -- which are then forwarded to the HPRB for its review -- will appear in this HPO agenda and consent calendar.
What you see below are the 5% of the DCRA permits forwarded on to the HPRB.
Note that the Glenwood Cemetery across North Capitol Street from Bloomingdale is in the process of becoming an individual landmark.
