Hey Neighbors -- If you're concerned about crime, remember that DC will reimburse you up to $500 to put security cameras outside your house. Though there a number of good options, I really like Nestcams. They can distinguish general movement from people approaching your house. You get a text and video clip every time something is noticed. And it integrates into your Nest app if you have other Nest products.
