Good afternoon Mr. Roberts,
Thank you for your patience. This type of construction
can be permitted. The permits on file are accurate. Under the Zoning Law @ the
time of issuance this could be approved. However, going forward Zoning would
play a major part in deciding if this type of construction can be built, on
what seems to be too close to already constructed residences.
