Why is this "meaningful connection" here at 711 Irving St NW -- home of the famous pop-forward -- of potential interest to Bloomindale?
I believe that the hopbacks on Channing St NW are supposed to have "meaningful connections" between the main house that faces the street and the new construction second houses in the middle of the backyards.
But neither Channing St NW hopback property has their "meaningful connections" constructed ... just... yet.
