Subject: Howard Town Center Back on Track!

Greetings, Neighbors:

The long-awaited Howard Town Center on Georgia Avenue is back on track for redevelopment.  Now being referred to as the Bond Bread Bakery/WRECO Garage site, these two vacant buildings on the west side of Georgia Avenue between "V" and "W" Streets are now poised for revitalization.  See the attached photos.

We would like to get your input on the future use of this site.  Please take a few minutes to click onto the link below and give us your feedback.

We appreciate your time and your input.

Sincerely,

How can Georgia Ave and the surrounding neighborhood handle all this added traffic when DC still has not worked out traffic nightmare of McMillian Park??? Anyone else sick of this continued type of lack of planning from DC?

I'm not.

There's a metro station a quarter of a mile down the street from these buildings.
