ANC5E resolution on the DC Comprehensive Plan and affordable housing

-At long last, I am forwarding the AMC 5E resolution on "The Comprehensive Plan and Affordable Housing in Washington, DC".  It seems the ANC ran into some technical problems re posting on its website.  The resolution was co-drafted by Eddie Garnett (ANC 5E01) and me.
