205 V Street NW is the True Grace Church of Jesus Christ of the Pentecostal Faith.
Do the “three properties” include the two buildings to the right – 203 V Street NW and 201 V Street NW? I have no idea.

That church was the home to Mt. Bethel before it moved to its current location in Bloomingdale.
