Made in Multiple Theft Offenses
(Washington, DC) – Detectives
from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District have announced an
arrest has been made in reference to multiple Theft offenses that occurred at
the following locations:

Theft
One:
On Monday, February 18, 2019, in the 1100 block of Fairmont Street, Northwest,
between 12:00 pm and 1:35 pm, the suspect took a package from the front porch
then fled the scene. CCN: 19-028-840

Theft
Two:
On Monday, February 18, 2019, in the Unit block of Adams Street, Northwest, at
approximately 12:25 pm, the suspect took a package from the front porch then
fled the scene. CCN: 19-028-960
·
Theft
Two:
On Sunday, February 24, 2019, in the 2500 block of University Place, Northwest,
between 7:00 am and 9:40 am, the suspect took a package from the front porch
then fled the scene. CCN: 19-033-072

Two:
On Monday, February 25, 2019, in the 1200 block of Kenyon Street, Northwest, at
approximately 5:37 pm, the suspect took a package from the front porch then
fled the scene. CCN: 19-036-096

On Wednesday, March 6, 2019, in the 1600 block of University Place, Northwest,
at approximately 10:50 am, the suspect took a package from the front porch then
fled the scene. CCN: 19-040-024

On Friday, March 15, 2019, in the 2500 block of University Place, Northwest, at
approximately 6:15 pm, the suspect took a package from the front porch then
fled the scene. CCN: 19-045-381

On Monday, March 18, 2019, in the 1700 block of Hobart Street, Northwest, at
approximately 5:47 pm, the suspect took a package from the front porch then
fled the scene. CCN: 19-045-951

On Monday, March 18, 2019, in the 1600 block of Irving Street, Northwest, at
approximately 2:00 pm, the suspect took a package from the front porch then
fled the scene. CCN: 19-046-434

Between Monday, March 18, 2019, at approximately 2:43pm and Tuesday, March 19,
2019, at approximately 9:23 pm, in the 1600 block of Irving Street, Northwest,
the suspect took a package from the front porch then fled the scene. CCN:

Two from Auto: On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, in the 2900 block of 14th
Street, Northwest, at approximately 9:29 am, the suspect forcibly entered a
parked vehicle and took property then fled the scene. CCN: 19-051-386

Theft
Two: On Monday, April 8, 2019, in the 1700 block of Kenyon Street,
Northwest, at approximately 3:17 pm, the suspect took a package from the front
porch then fled the scene. CCN: 19-059-297

Two:
On Wednesday, April 10, 2019, in the 2500 block of 17th Street,
Northwest, at approximately 3:15 pm, the suspect took a package from the front
porch then fled the scene. CCN: 19-060-764
On Thursday, April
11, 2019, 28 year-old Xavier Higgins, of No Fixed Address, was arrested
and charged with Theft One, Theft Two from Auto and ten counts of Theft
Two.
