Is the point of this event to raise revenue for the unpaid taxes that have them on the unpaid taxes property auction list? At least when EC-12 was a restaurant, people could drop by and enjoy a drink while watching baseball games on their TVs in the bar. Now it's an empty building occasionally available for private events. No community gain whatsoever for having turned a public amenity into a private one - including returning taxes to the community coffers.
