bicycles stolen from R Street NW garage

See this 08-05-2013 message from a resident of R Street NW:

Just a word about the police report "CCN: 13109656"  -- this happened to be in the garage of my house on R St NW. We are not entirely sure how the perp was able to get in the garage (the garage door was closed when we discovered our bikes stolen). Just a sobering reminder to all residents in Bloomingdale not to store anything of major value in their garages. Hopefully the crime "wave" slows down as summer dies down.
