this thursday is the start of the james bond film festival in NoMa.
The Bond films will be shown each Thursday night, rain or shine, on the site of the future Washington Gateway mixed-use development at the intersection of Florida and New York Avenues, N.E. The site is located directly across Florida Avenue from the New York Avenue Metro station and the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) headquarter
Films start around dusk, 8pm-ish, and please bring a blanket, a low lawnchair, your picnic basket and your wonderful, friendly selves... this event is FREE to the public and is made available to us through the generosity and good community efforts of the NOMA BID and NOMA Businesses .

Thanks for the reminder. I'm really excited about this! It's too bad there isn't a large enough park nearby to have the festival.
