Pre-construction surveys are expected to begin by next month at the latest, preceding construction activities. You can expect to receive paper work in the mail and once you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the survey, you can contact DC Water and we will schedule your survey at your convenience.
Attached please find a slide depicting the final construction staging area boundaries. As you may recall, during our June 19 meeting, we explained that we were actively involved in collaboration with three Design Build contractors. Based on those collaborations, we plan to move forward with the smaller footprint. The duration of construction for Adams/Flagler remains at 18 months.
On Adams St. the staging area should approximately end at 140 Adams St. (West of Flagler) and 122 Adams St. (East of Flagler).

I assume that similar DC Water construction staging area maps have been produced for 1st & V St NW and 1st & Thomas St NW.
