seeking referrals for contractors to tend up backyard concrete and replace it with a patio and grass

See this contractor referral request:
Do you have any recommendations of contractors who would tear up the concrete in our backyard and replace it with a patio and grass? We also want to put in a back gate.

David Nealy tore up our front yard (it was paved when we moved in), front steps and walkway. He installed all new rebar and concrete walk, steps and a patio and then installed new flagstone. He did an EXCELLENT job and I highly recommend him. In fact, our neighbors 5 doors down also used him after seeing the work he did at our place. We're at 149 Adams if you want to drive by sometime to see. David can be reached at 703-629-2758.

And, David also laid the new grass we now have.

My friend, Joe Arnold, has been doing wonderful work for me and many others in the neighborhood over the last two years: landscape designing and building, irrigation systems, fencing, roof repairs, plumbing, electrical work, installing fixtures, painting, washer and dryer repairs, door installation and refinishing, etc., etc, etc. 828-263-4158; cuseami@gmail.com He's great to work with, reliable, and very fair in fees. So fair in fact that, after one job was done, one neighbor paid him more than Joe quoted because the neighbor thought the fee was too low. I'm at 131 U Street and he has done my backyard as well as the yards on either side of me, one of which required removing entire backyard of concrete. Joe is also certified in the River Smart program, which does contribute money when people remove concrete or use permeable paving systems. Feel free to come by and see his work (202.986.2592 or john.salatti@gmail.com).
