Hello CADC Board and Volunteers--
I hope everyone is doing well and your New Year is off to an amazing start!
It seems early, but February is a short month and March will be here before you know it! Its time to start planning the Annual CADC Community Day and Taste of Bloomingdale!!!
Last year was a HUGE success and we can't wait to get a group of fantastic volunteers together to plan an even better event this year!
Join us at 2015 1st St NWThursday, February 25th, 2016
7:00 pm--planning meeting!
We'll have several committees to participate in:
Signature Gathering-- One of the biggest things we do is getting our event permit--we need neighbor's signatures--just a couple hours of signature gathering will help a LOT!
Yard Sale Committee-- Manage participants in the Yard Sale portion of the event--collect registration fees, day-of coordinating...
Taste of Bloomingdale Committee--rounding up all of the wonderful Taste participants for another delicious day!
Sponsors--Help CADC gather local Bloomingdale businesses that aren't Taste participants to sponsor the event--they'll have lots of great exposure and advertising!
Advertising--Are you a fabulous graphic designer?? Help CADC's event be the talk of the town with signage and advertising for the event.
Materials/Food/Set Up Committee--We need tables, shade coverings, food for the Snack Stand, grills...
