I am not an attorney, but it would appear to be that the zoning legal challenge to the McMillan development project has failed.

We look forward to having a real park finally where children and adults can spend time and really enjoy! Instead of walking through a dead space filled with litter.
Hopefully now my children will be able to enjoy this Park revisioned. So many of my neighbors died without seeing those old fences torn down.
Great decision by the court; the petitioners had no valid arguments and the court saw that. So what's next for Friends of McMillian? Appeal to the Supreme Court of the US? Whose time will they waste next?
