This Schwinn motor scooter has been standing in the alley next to 15 U street NW since Sunday afternoon. Hopefully one of your readers recognizes it.

i've also seen this. sitting... hmmm... just inside an alley off of north cap. around U street. can't remember if it was U exactly.
first it was standing up for a few days. then it was laying down for a few days... then it was gone.
This is an electric scooter.

Probably someone stole it, ran the battery down (charger is separate), then abandoned it.
