- 100 S St. NW: Conversion from single-family to two-family flat with no increase to existing building footprint. Work will include demolition and reconstruction of the existing rear addition and carport, demolition and renovation of the lower level, renovation of the attic to extend headroom, and installation of a rooftop deck. The home will also get central air, an additional bathroom and a laundry room.
