Mayor's Agent clears the permit to demolish the McMillan underground cells (other than Cell 14 & portions of Cell 28)

No surprise with this Mayor's Agent decision.

This destruction is mind boggling! Go build this horrible vanilla uninspired architecture somewhere else and leave this beautiful, amazing,historical structures ALONE !
The people who decide this McMillan destruction will be haunted by their poor decision.
This project from start to finish was about GREED AND the lining of individuals pockets with under the table cash bribes!
