Hi Scott,
                                              
I just witnessed a package theft on 1st & Seaton Pl NW. 
                                                                        
Three young black males, two on bikes and one on foot, two had coats (one black and blue, the other one all black, both with hoods) and one just a sweater, all about the same height. I saw them screening porches on S ST and Seaton Pl and then running off with a package under the coat on Seaton towards 2nd ST when they saw me. 
              
I called the police right away. 
          
In case someone sees this group, you know what they are looking for.
