BLOOMINGDALE -- GET OUT THE VOTE!!


CRITICAL ELECTION DATES

--11/4:  Early voting & on-site voter registration ENDS. 

--11/8:  Absentee Ballots must be RECEIVED by DC Board of Elections by 8 pm

--11/8:  ELECTION DAY -Polls open at 7 am & close at 8 pm (must. be in line).  For persons in ANC 5E07 

          -Live between RI  (     north side) and  U St (South side) AND North Capitol NW AND 2nd St NW (east side):  VOTE AT MT BETHEL CHURCH at 1st & RI, NW

           -Live between RI (south side) and Randolph Pl  (north side) AND North Capitol NW AND 2nd St NW  (east side):  VOTE AT DUNBAR HIGH SCH (1st & O St NW)

CRITICAL ELECTION ISSUES

Of course -- the Presidential race will be the big draw on Tuesday. 

But the MORE LOCAL THE POLITICS, the more you personally experience their impacts. 

So here is some info on STATE and LOCAL ISSUES &  CANDIDATES THAT BLOOMINGDALE RESIDENTS CAN VOTE ON.

- Delegate to U S House (Norton)
- At Large. DC Council Member
- U S Rep ("shadow")
- At Large Member, DC State Board of Education
- ANC (Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner)
- Statehood for DC

The ballot will be a bit long -- but Hang In There and get to the most PROXIMAL LOCAL CANDIDATES-- ANC's

Of course if you live in ANC 5E07 -- please vote for me:

On Sunday. Nov 6, 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm, I will be available to answer questions at my usual place -- the corner of 1st & T St NW.
