Bates & North Capitol Streets, NW
How does sound create a neighborhood? Join us on
Saturday, November 12 from Noon to 3PM, when the lot at Bates &
North Capitol Streets NW will be transformed into a sound
park. The noises and voices of Truxton Circle, Bates Street,
Bloomingdale, Eckington and the surrounding area will cross paths with
each other and YOU. Have chance encounters with what your neighbors
hear, and listen to how they think the sounds of the neighborhood color
their lives.
